Jody Myers (B.P.E.)
AYTT Owner, Co-Director and Senior AYTT Trainer

Jody was first introduced to yoga in 1980 through direct contact with the wonderful Bhakti, Kundalini Yoga Master Swami Kripalu (1913-1982).

Other teachers who deeply impacted her at that time, were Yogi Amrit Desai (eloquent orator and master hatha yogi), Divya Prabha (Bhakti Yogi), and Dr. Don Stapleton (outstanding Hatha and Karma Yoga teacher) — all great teachers from the Kripalu Tradition.

"I was 30 years old, when I experienced my first yoga class. I immediately knew I would be involved with yoga for the rest of my life."
