Requirements


One-time registration for the AYTT 500 hour certification program is $60. This fee will be waived for anyone paying up-front for the full certification program.

• Please clearly indicate your payment option 1, 2 or 3


• 200 hour yoga teacher certification from a program registered by Yoga Alliance or a recognized yoga authority.

• 100 hours of teaching formal yoga classes.

• A minimum of one year experience of teaching yoga. A log should be provided of formal teaching hours — please also provide a brief journal (one page) from this teaching experience . This summary should outline what you have learned from teaching yoga and your goals for future training. Please include information on where you have taught, the dates and age group or general demographics on the participants.

Please bring your teaching log to the first AYTT 500 module you attend.

The first module is scheduled to begin in 2008 if there is sufficient registration), and will be completed within 2 years. The layout of the 500 hour program meets and in some areas exceeds the standards as determined by the Yoga Alliance.
