The Art of Chanting - 12 hours
Chanting as a way to open the heart for meditation. Chanting is also done for the sheer joy of it. We can be inspired by listening to devotional chanting and we can be transformed by chanting from the heart ourselves. Our Divine Source doesn’t care if we sing well, or have beautiful voices - as long as we tune in to the heart. Chanting is one of the most important and valuable yoga practices. Whether you intend to lead chanting or whether you simply plan to develop an appreciation or practice on your own, this workshop will provide plenty of inspiration.
