 Drawing on her background in yoga, massage, aquatic bodywork (WATSU), energetic integration and life coaching, Grace has been leading transformational experiences for over 20 years.
She has a Masters degree in Adult Education, specializing in community development and global transformation, and is a senior faculty member and healing Arts therapist at Kripalu Center, in Lenox, Massachusettes.
Grace teaches in the professional yoga and massage programs at the center, specializing in the instruction of embodied anatomy, embryology and energy within asana.
She also sees clients privately in New York, Boston, and the Berkshires.
